Terms and Conditions

• Please arrive a few minutes before your appointed time. If you are late your treatment time may be cut short in consideration to the next client.

• Mobile phones should be silenced or switched off in consideration to others but most importantly, you! 

• For health and safety reasons toddlers and young children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

• No pets please, with the exception of guide dogs .

• All major credit and debit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express. 

• A deposit is required for certain treatments, this can be paid via card over the phone, BACS or PayPal.

• Treatments and prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation and 'No Show' Policy

It is understood that booked appointments cannot always be kept. Please call/text/whats app 07967 293318, e mail from the 'contact us' page or use instagram to let me know if you cannot keep your appointment.

Text reminders are sent out the day before.

* Cancelling on the day of your appointment will incur a fee of half the treatment cost.
* Failing to attend without letting me know will incur payment of the full treatment cost. For this reason certain treatments require a deposit on booking.
